RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products are made-to-order. As such, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that are faulty or damaged.

We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

If your item is faulty or damaged:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence

If approved, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
