All products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand fulfilment service.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
  • Design placement and sizing may vary slightly
  • Each item is produced individually, so minor variations may occur

These variations do not constitute defects.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & BILLING
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised resale, or abuse

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.

6. PRICING & ERRORS

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice
  • While we aim for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors
  • Cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices (including after payment)

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed once payment is received
  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days
  • Once produced, items are shipped

As products are made to order, orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

8. SHIPPING

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier
  • We do not guarantee delivery timeframes
  • Tracking is provided where available via our fulfilment partner

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Events outside our control

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or transport failures.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or destruction of the item. We are not responsible for such outcomes.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

We only accept returns or offer refunds for faulty or damaged items. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence may be required
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us or handled through our fulfilment partner.

  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Product designs
  • Text, images, and visual elements

(collectively, “Content”) is the exclusive property of Skyfault and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All designs are original works and are protected from the moment of creation.

You may not, without prior written permission from us:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Content
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, publish, or display Content
  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any Content
  • Use any Content on other websites, marketplaces, social media, or physical products

This prohibition applies to both personal and commercial use.

Any unauthorised use of our Content constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in:

  • Legal action
  • Claims for damages and/or loss of profits
  • Injunctive relief (court orders to stop use)

  • Sell or distribute products that replicate or imitate our Content
  • Use our branding, logos, or design elements in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership

  • Investigate suspected infringement
  • Report violations to relevant platforms (including Shopify, marketplaces, and social media platforms)
  • Request removal of infringing listings or content
